Simon, Andy and I were all fishing for several years together and had our from 20 and blanks for our first trip to France, wanted to find a fish short, big lake and whether blogs are believed was the lake we had seen.
After 12 hours of travel we arrived at the house owners Ian gave us a warm welcome and a tour of the lake. Ian has a personal interest in their guests and is willing to offer advice. I will say now that you would do well to listen to advice that fills me with a bed in a known location and three hours after installation my camp I had my first 30 and a new PB.
I set up camp on the 'Tin Hut' swim at the end of the lake with my two friends at the other end of the Double swimming platform (swimming Tim)
Sunday and Monday proved quiet day for me with just a couple of issues resulting from a further period 30 to 27, Andy Simons and stems every two hours screaming at the other end of the lake, so it took time to read a large spod bait swimming right if needed go to the lake if things do not heat. On Tuesday night I had a new PB 34 pounds again instead Ian was observed in the first place, bait my new bed on the right had also produced its first twenty in the morning, but then nothing all day, this night, I decided to spend a couple of just Andy and Simon that his application had not been reduced and are now about 100 pounds of fish each before me.
I was in "Reggie swimming is the center of the lake, that meant he could still throw on the bed bait asked me on Monday and threw it right to share the edge of a large bed that had been producing and Simon. Thus, the three of us more or less continuous band covering barley half the length of the lake.
Wednesday was relatively quiet during the day with three fish from the beginning and no bait area after 11 pm, Andy Simon and Simon have been so with landing a magnificent mirror 45 lbs 15 oz beating Andy won £ new PB 37.
At 19:15, I began to have a slow beep of my stick on the left in the bed of bait Monday, picked up the stem and raised in fish … Rare! Hung a branch of a tree … and then the branch began to move slowly up the tip of the rod and closes the pump shaft for the first time how the fish was removed from bending around the tip line and coil count. At this point, I thought he was in a lake of big cats. The cat weighs 87 pounds and was undoubtedly the highlight of my week. We have the cat back sling and lowered into the water. This was my first cat and I wanted to make sure he returned safe and sound, I decided to undress and get into the lake of support. Ultimately, it took a good 10 minutes before the cat was ready for the start and then a solid blow to my legs, swimming.
Exalted, slimy, cold and tired, I am filled with the caravan, a beer and decided not to put my Canes of the night and make room kip.
Simon and Andy had a busy night by all accounts, but I was cold to the world of the dreams of the big cats.

After very similar, but shorter fight only 20 minutes, then with the help of Simon and Andy had a cat £ 72, fantastic I thought, this means last night was no fluke not get a break, it really is those moments that give you confidence in their platforms and nodes.
Friday morning again produced a good number of fish with Andy to get another 30 and landing me my first 40-40 pounds, 3 ounces
In summary, we have all had PB, our first 30 and 40 and the big cats just made this trip a dream. Ian is an excellent host, I'll be at the first opportunity.
Some SIMON
Without repeating the summary of Paul Our first trip to France, I would add a bit of my experience. We arrived at Ian WOW around noon and came right to us here and a cup of tea. The introductions that was directly on the lake for a tour. There were only three of us on the lake this week so we had the elite swimming If Ian has proposed a double and a single and went with their advice, sound decisions.
As Paul has already said, the action began for me and Andy in the first hours and never stopped throughout the journey.
Oddly there was little action during the night but was awakened each morning at 6:00 in a race screamed and fell a tent of 25 pounds or more. Not bored at night, though, as Andy would have at least two races.
On Wednesday was the most highlight for me, we had a little or a storm and I decided to use the time to put my rods and have a quick shower and change clothes. The rain has stopped and returned stems. A half hour later, screamed and hit the buzzers in my life in a big fish. We all had some thirty years by now and I knew I was in the top of them. About 15 minutes later, the network was under a fish and Andy and I knew I just won the first forty and travel. Well I clean clothes opted for a tent clean burton 45 lbs 15 oz was weighed, photographed and fell. I am sure that with a bag weighing drying could have happened to us 46 pounds.
No prize for me to quarantine the rest of the trip, but many more fish high in the mid-thirties, the action simply does not stop.
Am I go again?? I do not think it necessary The answer to that!
